1. Digital Nature of Our Products
All products available at refreshed-repaired are digital downloads (toolkits, scripts, templates, guides, and frameworks). No physical items are shipped. Once a purchase is completed, the product files are delivered instantly to the email address or account associated with your order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, refunds are granted only in specific cases:
- The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical error on our side.
- The delivered files are corrupted or incomplete.
- The product description significantly misrepresents the delivered content.
- Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Customer’s inability to operate the product due to lack of required software, knowledge, or system compatibility (requirements are always listed in product descriptions).
